Among these three gases, air has the lowest cost and is also the choice of most customers. Which air compressor is suitable for laser cutting machine ? Today we will talk about which kind of air compressor is more suitable for laser cutting machine.   

      The air compressors commonly used in the laser cutting machine industry can be divided into two types: oil-free air compressors and oil-free air compressors. The oil-free air compressors we often say do not contain any oil at all, but contain very little oil. The operation of the laser cutting machine is relatively stable; if the air compressor with oil is used, it will cause a lot of waste of lubricating oil, which is extremely unfavorable to the operation of the laser cutting machine, which will easily cause the protective lens of the laser cutting machine to have oily water or Dirty substances, which cause the laser cutting machine to deviate from the optical path or sometimes fail to cut through the cutting process. So which kind of laser cutting machine is suitable for it? Maiman generally recommends customers to buy a screw oil-free air compressor with a power of 7.5KW, an air pressure of more than 9 kg (minimum 8 kg), and a displacement greater than 0.6 cubic meters per minute; if the customer buys It is better to have two oil-water filters for the air compressor with oil, which can reduce some oil, water and dirt.   

     Laser cutting machines can meet the cutting requirements of various materials and complex shapes. However, its operation is inseparable from clean, dry and stable compressed air. Part of the compressed air is combined with high-purity oxygen and high-purity nitrogen to form a cutting gas that is supplied to the cutting head. Part of it is used as a power source to supply the cylinder of the clamping table, and the last part is used to purge and remove dust from the optical path system. The compressed air discharged from the air enters the air control cabinet through the air storage tank and the dryer, and then passes through a set of sophisticated processing system to become clean and dry gas. Finally, it is divided into three paths, which are respectively used as cutting gas, cylinder power source and The positive pressure dust removal gas in the optical path maintains the normal operation of the laser cutting machine.
